Start Your Application For Japan Arrival Card

The Japan Arrival Card —also known as the Arrival Card Japan, Disembarkation Card for Foreign Nationals, or the Japan Digital Arrival Card—is a mandatory entry form for all travelers arriving in Japan. Visitors can submit their details digitally through Visit Japan Web, which integrates immigration, customs, and quarantine information into one streamlined platform.

All foreign travelers—whether entering Japan for tourism, business, visiting family, or transiting through an airport (unless staying in the transit area)—must complete the Japan Arrival Card before passing through immigration. The system generates a Japan QR Code for smooth processing at entry checkpoints, ensuring compliance with the Japan entry requirements.

The Japan Entry Form simplifies the border clearance process by replacing the older paper-only system with a digital alternative. Completing the Japan Arrival Card online or via paper helps travelers avoid delays and ensures a smoother entry experience.

Whether you're exploring Tokyo's bustling districts, enjoying the natural beauty of Kyoto and Hokkaido, or traveling for business or study, completing the Japan Entry Form through Visit Japan Web is a crucial step in preparing for your journey.
